1) Ingat serat

Jodoh:Jangan mencari terlalu sempurna...♥

Salam Blogger~

entri sebelum ni pasal banjir je kan...yela..da sampai musim banjir, cerita pasal banjir jela...ok stop citer pasal banjir...ada benda syu nak kongsi dengan para blogger sekalian....baik lelaki mahupun perempuan....sebagai panduan syu juga...bab jodoh...hehehe...lately ni citer pasa lelaki dan perempuan la pulak...takpe..ini sebagai pengalaman juga kan....

Jodoh:Jangan mencari terlalu sempurna...♥

Jika kamu menadah air biarlah berpada, jangan terlalu mengharap pada takungannya dan janganlah menganggap ia begitu teguh.... cukuplah sekadar keperluanmu. ...Apabila sekali ia retak.... tentu sukar untuk kamu menambalnya semula.... Akhirnya ia dibuang....

Terlalu mengejar kesempurnaan.Kelak, kamu akan KEHILANGANNYA apabila dia menjadi milik orang lain... Kamu juga yang akan MENYESAL.....

Lelaki Ucap Maaf Dapat Buat Jantung Wanita Sihat

salam blogger~

dah lama benar syu tinggal blog ni...takde mood nak update, takde story baru nak citer....semuanya gara-gara final year project yang masih lagi tak tahu hujung pangkal....adeh....dahla...kita stop pasal fyp....

Mengucapkan ‘maaf’ mungkin sangat susah dilafaskan kebanyakkan orang terutama lelaki.

Jadi, sayangilah pasangan kalian.Jangan lupa berterima kasih dan meminta maaf.

Sila share dengan sesiapa yang kalian suka...

Salam Ukhuwah..~

Risiko Besar Bagi Wanita Mengandung

salam blogger~~

tips khas buat bakal-bakal ibu, bakal-bakal pengantin.....

(Thinkstock Images)

How risky are our routine products and practices when it comes to pregnancy? Consider the basic facts.

Fish: The sea becomes the great unknown when you’re eating for two. To be on the safe side, the Mayo Clinic recommends cooking all your fish to 145 degrees inside and out. It’s also safe to limit yourself to 6 ounces a week.

  • High risk: Larger, older fish with high levels of mercury can damage the developing nervous system of a fetus. Currently the FDA and the Environmental Protection Agency urges pregnant women to avoid the following fish: swordfish, shark, king mackerel, tilefish, raw fish or seafood, smoked salmon or other cured fish.
  • Low risk: Protein-rich seafood is helpful in brain development, when consumed in moderation. Shrimp, canned light tuna (limit albacore tuna and tuna steak to no more than 6 ounces or 170 grams a week), salmon, pollock, catfish.

Meat: The principle behind any meat concerns is avoiding bacteria since pregnant women are more likely to be susceptible. But the guidelines are fairly intuitive—stay away from food that’s been sitting out a while and make sure everything is cooked through.

  • High risk: Refrigerated meat-based spreads and raw, pre-stuffed poultry should be avoided as they tend to breed more bacteria. Deli meats and hot dogs should be cooked to steaming temperatures or just skipped to avoid the food-borne listeria. Liver is high in vitamin A which can cause birth defects if consumed in large quantities.
  • Low risk: Any poultry or meat that’s fresh, well done and cooked through is safe to eat.

Eggs/Dairy/Cheese: They’re protein-rich, satisfying and reasonably priced but after this recent salmonella scare, are they really worth it? And what about dairy products? When the word pasteurized enters the equation, the rules get complicated. The pasteurization process kills listeria, a food-borne bacteria that can cause infection and miscarriages. With pregnant women 20 times more likely to contract the bacteria, the risks are real.

  • High risk: Unpasteurized milk or cheese is off limits. Eggs Benedict, eggnog and certain sauces that involve partially cooked eggs, aren't worth the risk. Brie, Feta, Camembert, blue cheese, Mexican-style cheeses are all potentially hazardous. For safety and piece of mind, only consume something that says “pasteurized” on the label.
  • Low risk: Hard-boiled eggs, cottage cheese, cream cheese, yogurt are safer bets. Hard cheeses like cheddar and Swiss are more likely to be pasteurized, but make sure you check the label.

Beverages: Liquids can be just as risky as solid food. But filtered water doesn't have the same appeal as say, a Diet Coke or even glass of wine. Know what's worth the risk.

  • High risk: Multiple cups of coffee daily: The Mayo Clinic recommends consuming less than 200 milligrams, or one cup, a day. Caffeine can effect the baby's heart rate and growth, and possibly contribute to miscarriages and stillbirths. Alcohol: Any liquor in the first 3 months can jeopardize your baby's well-being and regular drinking throughout the pregnancy is just a bad idea. Studies have found it leads to stillbirths, heart problems, facial deformities, mental retardation and slow growth. Even moderate drinking may contribute to slowed development. When it comes to wine or beer, one drink a week after the first trimester isn't expected to do much damage. But it's not recommended by the Mayo Clinic.
  • Medium risk: Herbal teas: More research is needed on different types of herbal effects but at least one of them, red raspberry leaf, may cause contractions. Saccharine, still found in Sweet n' Low and some diet sodas, can lead to birth defects in studies on rats, so skip it.
  • Low risk: Diet sodas that contain aspartame: No negative effects have been reported if limited to one can a day. The only risk is from another ingredient in diet beverages called phenylalanine. "Women with a condition called phenylketonuria (PKU - for which your baby will probably be screened for at birth), a rare hereditary condition in which the amino acid phenylalanine is not properly metabolized, are at risk because high levels of phenylalanine can cause damage to the fetus," warns nutritionist Allison Gamble in the magazine, Pregnancy Today.

Depression: Because of a variety of factors including hormonal changes, physical discomfort and increased stress, depression can rear its ugly head for up to 23 percent of pregnant women in the US. The change in mood affects proper eating habits, exercise and sleep patterns crucial to the baby's development. And the latest research says the ripple effect of risks can be high. Premature delivery and low-birth weight increased in depressed women, according to a report this month in the Archives of General Psychiatry. When depression gets really bad, antidepressants can be helpful. But are they safe to take during pregnancy? “Overall, the risk of birth defects and other problems for babies of mothers who take antidepressants during pregnancy is low,"writes Dr. Roger Harms of the Mayo Clinic. "Still, few medications have been proven safe without question during pregnancy and some types of antidepressants have been associated with health problems in babies.”

  • High risk: Paxil, Nardil and Parnate are a few antidepressants that pose major health risks for a fetus.
  • Medium risk: Prozac and Zoloft are both administered to pregnant women suffering from severe depression, especially in the first two trimesters and the risks are low. Persistent pulmonary hypertension in newborns (PPHN) has been linked to the antidepressants when taken in the third trimester. Wellbutrin, the quitting smoking aid and anti-depressant, has yet to show any negative side effects on the fetus, according to the Mayo Clinic, but that may be due to limited research.

Exercise: Bad news for couch potatoes hoping to spend the next nine months in a horizontal position: exercise is crucial. Working up a sweat once a day, for about 30 minutes, is important for a healthy pregnancy regimen. But don't overdo it. The first step is checking with your doctor for recommendations catered to your own body's comfort level.

  • High risk: Before you lace up your sneakers, consider your own health. Exercising should be done with great caution if you're a pregnant woman with poorly controlled diabetes, high blood pressure, heart disease, or placenta previa. Lifting heavy weights, and exercising to exhaustion no matter what shape you're in can be dangerous for the fetus.
  • Low risk: 30 minutes or less of moderate exercise is healthy for most. Walking, swimming, rowing and stationary cycling are best, since they don't exert too much impact on the joints.

Flying: Babymoon anyone? Be sure to plan accordingly. While flying is fine at certain points in the pregnancy, keeping hydrated and stretching to increase circulation is crucial.

  • High risk: Flying after 36 weeks isn't recommended for fear of miscarriage or premature delivery. Also airborne radiation exposure poses a risk to frequent fliers, based on studies of miscarriages in flight attendants.
  • Low risk: Flying between 14 to 28 weeks presents the lowest risk of miscarriage, so get your last trip in before you're flying with a screaming baby. And an occasional flight won't present any radiation risks. "Decreased air pressure during flight may slightly reduce the amount of oxygen in your blood, but your body will naturally adjust," explains Dr. Harms. "And although radiation exposure increases at higher altitudes, the level of exposure for the occasional traveler isn't a concern."

Wellness and beauty products: Your medicine cabinet is not your friend. If you're pregnant, you might want to clear it out and do a fetus-friendly shopping spree at your local drug store.

  • High risk: Accutane: A study by the Organization of Teratology Information Services (OTIS), found approximately 25-35% of infants born to women exposed to the acne medication during the first trimester of pregnancy showed a pattern of birth defects. Miscarriage is also a risk. Retin-A: Check your anti-aging creams and makeup foundations for this chemical. It can pass through the blood stream to the baby, and the effects are still unclear. Tetracycline: Bone growth and coloring problems have been shown in some fetuses as a possible result of the drug, according to BabyCenter's pregnancy guidelines.
  • Medium risk: Salicyclic acid: It's been shown to cause birth defects but doctors have deemed it safe for once a day use in a product like a toner or a foundation with low doses of the chemical.
  • Low risk: Sunscreen products with the "active soy" ingredient as opposed to "soy" are less likely to discolor skin like estrogen-rich soy products. Any make-up labeled "mineral-only," "noncomedogenic" or "nonacnegenic" means it's lightweight, oil-free and won't travel through your blood stream and infect your baby with harmful chemicals.

Makanan Disejukbekukan Tahan Lama

salam blogger~~

frozen fruit

hari ni syu nak kongsi tips berapa lama kita boleh sejukbekukan makanan....

Roti: 2 hingga 3 bulan
Casseroles: 2 hingga 3 bulan
Daging lembu dimasak: 2 hingga 3 bulan
Adunan Biskut: 3 bulan
Buah: 8 hingga 12 bulan
Makan malam dibekukan: 3 hingga 4 bulan
Hot dog: 1 hingga 2 bulan
Daging untuk makan siang: 1 hingga 2 bulan
Makanan dan minuman: 2 hingga 3 bulan
Ayam mentah (dipotong): 9 bulan
Ayam mentah (penuh): 1 tahun
Steak mentah, daging, atau daging panggang: 4 hingga 12 bulan
Sayuran: 8 hingga 12 bulan

Tips asas untuk makanan yang disejukbekukan:
1. Sejukbekukan makanan sebaik sahaja selepas membeli atau kalau korang tanam sayur sendiri, lepas kutip sayur tu terus masuk dalam peti ais.

There are plenty of foods that are effective home remedies for curing everything from pounding headaches to potency issues to procrastination. Take these 25 secret food cures, for instance. Incorporate these wonderfoods into your daily diet, and you'll be surprised at how quickly your body and your mind react.

Dark Chocolate

1. BE MORE POSITIVE
Dark Chocolate
Research shows that dark chocolate can improve heart health, lower blood pressure, reduce LDL cholesterol, and increase the flow of blood to the brain. It also boosts serotonin and endorphin levels, which are associated with improved mood and greater concentration. Look for chocolate that is 60 percent cocoa or higher.

2. REDUCE ANXIETY
Garlic
Tuck a few extra cloves into your next stir-fry or pasta sauce: Research has found that enzymes in garlic can help increase the release of serotonin, a neurochemical that makes you feel relaxed.

3. FIRE UP YOUR MORNING METABOLISM
Caffeinated Coffee
A study published in the journal Physiology & Behavior found that the average metabolic rate of people who drank caffeinated coffee increased 16 percent over those who drank decaf. Caffeine stimulates your central nervous system by increasing your heart rate and breathing. (Want to know what else coffee is good for? Read 25 Best Nutrition Secrets Ever to find out.)

4. FIRE UP YOUR EVENING METABOLISM
Chile Peppers
It turns out that capsaicin, the compound that gives chile peppers their mouth-searing quality, can also jumpstart your fat-burning, muscle-building engines. According to a study published in the Journal of Nutritional Science and Vitaminology, eating 1 tablespoon of chopped red or green chiles boosts metabolism by 23 percent.

Fried Eggs

5. LOWER YOUR BLOOD PRESSURE
Fried Eggs
Go ahead, crack under pressure: Eating fried eggs may help reduce high blood pressure. In a test-tube study, scientists in Canada discovered that the breakfast standby produced the highest levels of ACE inhibitory peptides, amino acids that dilate blood vessels and allow blood to flow more easily. (For up-to-the-minute tips like these, be sure to follow me on Twitter here. You can lose weight effortlessly and look, feel and live better than ever!)

6. REDUCE STRESS
Gum
When you find yourself feeling overwhelmed at work, reach for the Wrigley’s: Chewing gum can help tame your tension, according to Australian researchers. People who chewed gum while taking multitasking tests experienced a 17 percent drop in self-reported stress. This might have to do with the fact that we associate chewing with positive social interactions, like mealtimes.

7. STAVE OFF DEPRESSION
Salmon

Omega-3s may calm your neurotic side, according to a study in the journalPsychosomatic Medicine. Researchers found that adults with the lowest blood levels of eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) were more likely to have neuroses, which are symptoms for depression. Salmon is loaded with EPA and DHA, as are walnuts, flaxseeds, and even cauliflower.

8. SPEED WEIGHT LOSS
Yogurt
The probiotics in yogurt may help you drop pounds. British scientists found that these active organisms boost the breakdown of fat molecules in mice, preventing the rodents from gaining weight. Try the Horizon brand of yogurt—it contains the probiotic L. casei, the same organism used in the study.

Bonus Tip: Don't let all of your hard work go down the drain: Avoid this shocking list of the 20 Scariest Food Creations of 2010!

9. AMP UP YOUR ENERGY
Grilled Chicken Breast
The protein in lean meat like chicken, fish, or pork loin isn't just good at squashing hunger and boosting metabolism—it's also a top source of energy. University of Illinois researchers found that people who ate higher amounts of protein had higher energy levels and didn't feel as tired as people with proportionally higher amounts of carbs in their diet.

Kidney Beans
10. BE MORE EFFICIENT
Kidney Beans
These legumes are an excellent source of thiamin and riboflavin. Both vitamins help your body use energy efficiently, so you won't be nodding off mid-Powerpoint.

11. STABILIZE YOUR BLOOD SUGAR
Barley
Swedish researchers found that if you eat barley—a key ingredient in whole-grain cereals—for breakfast, the fibrous grain cuts blood sugar response by 44 percent at lunch and 14 percent at dinner.

12. IMPROVE YOUR ENDURANCE
Clams
Clams stock your body with magnesium, which is important in metabolism, nerve function, and muscle function. When magnesium levels are low, your body produces more lactic acid—the same fatigue-inducing substance that you feel at the end of a long workout.

13. BOOST YOUR IMMUNITY
Rooibos Tea
Animal research suggests that this South African tea, also known as bush or redbush tea, may provide potent immunity-boosting benefits. In addition, Japanese researchers found that it may help prevent allergies and even cancer. Adagio offers a wide range of great-tasting rooibos teas.

14. STOP COUGHING
Honey
Penn State scientists have discovered that honey is a powerful cough suppressant—so next time you¹re hacking up a lung, head for the kitchen. When parents of 105 sick children doled out honey or dextromethorphan (the active ingredient in over-the-counter cough medicines like Robitussin), the honey was better at lessening cough frequency and severity. Try a drizzle in a cup of rooibos tea.

Kiwi
15.TAME A COLD
The vitamin C in kiwi won¹t prevent the onslaught of a cold, but it might decrease theduration of your symptoms. One kiwifruit provides 117 percent of your daily recommended intake of vitamin C.

16. SOOTHE A MIGRAINE
Olives
Foods rich in healthy monounsaturated fats help reduce inflammation, a catalyst for migraines. One study found that the anti-inflammatory compounds in olive oil suppress the enzymes involved in inflammation in the same manner as ibuprofen. Avocados and almonds are also high in monounsaturated fats.

17. LOWER YOUR CHOLESTEROL
Margarine
Not just any margarine, mind you—those containing plant sterols. In a Tufts University study, people who ate a butter substitute containing plant sterols with three meals each day saw their LDL (bad) cholesterol drop by 6 percent. How? The researchers say that plant sterols prevent cholesterol from being absorbed by the intestine. Promise Active and Smart Balance HeartRight are two great options.

18. REPAIR MUSCLE
Spinach
Popeye was onto something, it seems. Rutgers researchers discovered that treating human muscle cells with a compound found in spinach increased protein synthesis by 20 percent. The compound allows muscle tissue to repair itself faster, the researchers say. One thing to keep in mind, however: Spinach doesn't automatically make any salad a healthy option. Check out 20 Salads Worse Than a Whopper to see what I mean. You'll be absolutely shocked!

19. RECOVER FROM A WORKOUT
Green Tea
Brazilian scientists found that participants who consumed three cups of the beverage every day for a week had fewer markers of the cell damage caused by resistance to exercise. That means that green tea can help you recover faster after an intense workout.

Chocolate Milk
20. REPLENISH YOUR BODY POST-WORKOUT
Low-Fat Chocolate Milk
Nothing like a little dessert after a long workout. British researchers found that low-fat chocolate milk does a better job than sports drinks at replenishing the body after a workout. Why? Because it has more electrolytes and higher fat content. And scientists at James Madison University found that the balance of fat, protein, and carbs in chocolate milk makes it nearly one-third more effective at replenishing muscles than other recovery beverages.

21. IMPROVE FOCUS AND CONCENTRATION
Sardines
According to research published in Nutrition Journal, fish oil can help increase your ability to concentrate. Credit EPA and DHA, fatty acids that bolster communication among brain cells and help regulate neurotransmitters responsible for mental focus. Salmon, trout, halibut, and tuna are also great sources of EPA and DHA.

22. AVOID ALZHEIMER¹S DISEASE
Bananas
The antioxidants in bananas, apples, and oranges may help protect you from Alzheimer's, report Korean scientists. The researchers discovered that plant chemicals known as polyphenols helped shield brain cells from oxidative stress, a key cause of the disease.

23. PROTECT YOUR BRAIN
Steak
Vitamin B12, an essential nutrient found in meat, milk, and fish, may help protect you against brain loss, say British scientists. The researchers found that older people with the highest blood levels of the vitamin were six times less likely to have brain shrinkage than those with the lowest levels.

24. BUILD LONG-LASTING BRAINPOWER
Carrots
Researchers from Harvard found that men who consumed more beta-carotene over 18 years had significantly delayed cognitive aging. Carrots are a tremendous source of the antioxidant, as are other orange foods like butternut squash, pumpkin, and bell peppers.

25. SHARPEN YOUR SENSES
Ground Flaxseed
Flax is the best source of alpha-linolenic acid (ALA)—a healthy fat that improves the workings of the cerebral cortex, the area of the brain that processes sensory information, including that of pleasure. To meet your quota, sprinkle 1 tablespoon flaxseed on salads or oatmeal once a day, or mix it into a smoothie or shake.

hari berinai

salam~~

maaf la pada sesiapa yang masuk blog syu...syu tak sempat nak blogwalking sebab sibuk dengan bilik syu yang tak berkemas habis lagi ni :) internet pun agak slow juga...nak tunggu loading blog agak lama....insyallah bila semua dah selesai, syu akan melawat blog korang yer :)

hari ni hari kedua syu kat UniSZA...lenguh kaki dan tangan masih terasa....kejang kaki...adeh...takpe dah biasa nanti ok la kan....kali ni syu nak bercerita pasal syu pakai inai....bukan ada apa-apa majlis pun...cuma saje saje gatal tangan nak pakai....syu pakai inai hari rabu baru-baru ni :)

jom kita tengok proses pembuatan inai...syu tak pakai inai serbuk atau inai yang dah siap dalam paket...ni inai dari pokok tau....pokok inai ada 2 jenis...setakat yang syu tau la...1 pokok daun inai dia besar...1 lagi pokok inai daunnya halus...yang daun halus ni memang merah jari kalau pakai...jiran belakang rumah syu pun bertanyakan macam mana nak buat inai jadi merah sebabb inai yang dia pakai tak merah.....majlis kahwin disebelah rumah lelaki keesokkan harinya...

jom kita tengok cara menyediakan inai....

kalau orang dulu-dulu, dia gunakan penggiling nak hancurkan daun inai...ni masa zaman syu kecik-kecik guna penggiling :)

hasilnya selepas dimesin sampai lumat...sekali mesin ada la dekat 30 minit nak bagi lumat....

proses bubuh inai kat jari...jari orang yang tolong bubuh inai lagi la merah :)
kalau nak lagi merah, bila inai dah kering, basahkan dengan sedikit air...
pakai selama 5 jam yer....

hasilnya...merah kan..gambar kabur sikit...dah boleh buat majlis kahwin dah ni...hehehe

hasilnya...comot la sikit...

P/S : ditambah pulak dengan cincin dijari...mestilah dah macam orang berkahwin...takpun bertunang...takpun orang datang merisik (^_^)
